Ken Block competes in the Global Rallycross Championship, multiple North American rallies and select World Rally Championship events. He has cultivated a worldwide following with the viral video series Gymkhana, garnering more than 200 million YouTube views. In 2012, Block and DC Shoes dropped, “Gymkhana FIVE,” which garnered more than 21-million views in the first week.
Block began his rally career in 2005, earning Rookie of the Year in the Rally America series. He joined Ford and founded the Monster World Rally Team in January 2010 to become one of a handful of Americans to ever campaign in the WRC. Since then, he’s continued to master three racing disciplines, racking up numerous wins, podium appearances and X Games medals.
In 2012, the co-founder of DC Shoes was named 7th on the list of ESPN’s “50 Most Influential People in Action Sports.” The Ford Fiesta Hybrid Function Hoon Vehicle (H.F.H.V.) driver went three-for-three winning all North American rallies entered in 2012 with co-driver Alex Gelsomino. Block earned a Silver Medal at Summer X Games 18 and scored points at two out of the three WRC events he entered.
In January 2013, Block re-launched his rally team with a fresh new livery and a brand new name: Hoonigan Racing Division.
